Using the marketplace
FinanceThat connects buyers, sellers, and dealerships, and facilitates financing applications. You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not misuse listings, financing tools, or other users’ information.
Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, and buyers are responsible for their purchase decisions. FinanceThat provides tools to support safer transactions but is not a party to the sale between a buyer and a seller unless expressly stated.
Financing applications
Financing is provided by third-party lenders in our network. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Final approval, rates, terms, and timelines are determined by the lender based on your profile, the asset, and required documentation.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
The FinanceThat name, logo, content, and platform are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
Limitation of liability
The marketplace is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, FinanceThat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between users.
